The 2017 NFL Draft starts Thursday night, and while you've probably read 100 mock drafts by now, those are hardly scientific — after all, no team has a mock draft up in its war room, hoping that everything goes to plan. No, teams have draft boards — big boards — which rank the top players. Sometimes they take from the top of the pile, other times they go to the best guy at a position of need.
