It is natural for positional rankings and thoughts on prospects to change multiple times between the end of the season and the draft in April. This happens due to more information on prospects (off-field, medical, etc.) along with more film being watched. The NFL Scouting Combine is the biggest stage for prospects to rise or fall in the draft process. Everybody tunes in for the athletic testing, but medical evaluations, team interviews, and official measurements are just as, if not more, important.
