A former elite prospect out of high school, Thibodeaux has established himself as the premier defensive player coming back to college this upcoming year. A native of Los Angeles, every single major school in the country was pining for his services before he decided to stay on the West Coast. Thibodeaux has tabulated a whopping 12.0 sacks and 23.5 tackles-for-loss in only 21 career games. While not as freakishly athletic compared to Myles Garrett, there are some similarities. Thibodeaux in fact is likely better against the run at the same age. Houston needs talent everywhere — which could include the QB position. However, Thibodeaux’s talent is too good to pass up.
