The first (published) NFL mock draft of the year is always a tough one. I don’t have all the information I need yet, but I still want to go through the entire process and continue to tighten up the team needs, consensus big boards, and how I think this draft will flow. One of the biggest things I’m seeing in other mocks is a willingness to just kind of let the good fits fall to teams that make sense. I tried to avoid this and have at least 4-5 picks that are clearly a better fit for the team right after the “pick” but still make sense where they are.
