The Cleveland Browns have nine picks in the 2018 NFL draft, including the first overall selection, the fourth overall selection and three more picks in Round 2 alone. For a team that went 0-16 in 2017 (and won just one game in 2016), this year's draft class represents a good opportunity to restock the roster with high-caliber players with an eye toward overall team improvement.
