After missing the NFL playoffs for the second consecutive year, and sixth out of the last seven seasons, general manager Dave Gettleman and the Giants have plenty of significant roster holes to fill, and are armed with a top-10 pick in the NFL Draft for the second straight year to try to fill them. One year after choosing Saquon Barkley with the No. 2 overall pick, the Giants improved by only two games in 2018 and have lost 24 over the past two seasons. Will Gettleman and the Giants invest the No. 6 overall pick in quarterback Eli Manning's eventual successor, or will this organization once again try to patch a quick-fix rebuild around a 38-year-old quarterback by fortifying the offensive line and bolstering a pedestrian pass-rush?
