It’s as much reading-into-quotes season as it is mock draft season, so let’s do both as the Tennessee Titans sit three weeks from putting together an actual draft. General manager Ran Carthon said something to reporters this week, in a news conference introducing the subject of one of two enormous moves – the trade for Kansas City Chiefs cornerback L’Jarius Sneed — that makes for perfect speculation fodder.
