The Bengals are staring at 4-8 and a Top-10 pick in a season that was expected to have a playoff push, but now our eyes turn to one of the more exciting parts of roster construction and that’s the NFL Draft. While the Bengals scouting department only has 5 regional scouts, we’ll be using our analysis to have a draft that could save jobs in the front office.
