In his first two years as general manager of the Arizona Cardinals, Monti Ossenfort had the luxury of nine picks during the 2023 NFL Draft followed by a league-high 12 picks in 2024. He was able to snag a lot of talent, some very good players who are helping to form the core of the roster. The Cardinals currently have only six selections in this year’s draft, April 24-26, including a seventh-round conditional pick from trading Cameron Thomas to the Chiefs before last season. The NFL has yet to announce the exact position of that pick. Ossenfort will use the start of the free agency-signing period March 10-12 to add priority positions to the roster.
