As the calendar once again turns to mid January, more than half of the NFL teams need to think first how they can improve themselves in the 2023 offseason after not making the 2022 plaoffs. A big part of that equation will be next year's NFL draft, set to start April 27 in Kansas City. Believe or not, the annual selection of the best college prospects is just more than four months away.
