Following Week 11 of the college football slate a handful of players are head-and-shoulders above their peers. That doesn’t mean others won’t emerge down the stretch or in the weeks leading up to the April 25 NFL Draft, but there are some rather obvious choices at the top of the 2019 NFL Draft Board. Certain positions are of great importance in the NFL, too – namely quarterback – and there’ll be at least three teams looking to snag their signal-caller of the future from the current crop of college gunslingers. With no sure-things at the position, though, those teams might opt to address other needs. While Jon Gruden and the Oakland Raiders seem content (for the moment) with Derek Carr under center, they’ll have multiple first round picks in 2019 to either find his replacement or surround him with talent. However, Gruden’s traded away their 2014 first round pick (Khalil Mack) and their 2015 first round pick (Amari Cooper), so they’ll need to hit on whoever they draft.
