The 2018 college football regular season is complete, and a flood of underclassmen are announcing their decisions to go pro next year. That makes now a great time for another 2019 NFL mock draft, just in time for the bowl and holiday season. The teams that pick in the top 20 are updated based on current records and tiebreakers. The final dozen picks are reflective of current playoff-positioned teams and a projected playoff order of finish. The Raiders still have three picks, and for now, the Packers are the only team with two picks. The Bears and Cowboys essentially made their first-round picks early in the form of trades for Khalil Mack and Amari Cooper, respecitvely. The Saints gave up theirs to go up and get Marcus Davenport in last year's draft.
