Football Outsiders

Last year, as the 2020 NFL draft approached, Football Outsiders editor-in-chief Aaron Schatz reached out to me to see if I had any interest in writing a mock draft for the site. I had never published my own mock draft, but it made complete sense that I would. After all, as the founder/creator of Grinding the Mocks (a project where mock drafts, data science, and the wisdom of crowds combine to predict the NFL draft), I'd like to believe that I have about as good insight into how the NFL draft might unfold as anyone in the football analytics community.
