And with the New England Patriots holding their best draft pick in a decade, this year’s top pick could wind up having a huge impact. It’s with this in mind that I must slam on the breaks to make sure that everyone is wearing their seatbelts. Sure, it’s entirely possible that Bill Belichick loads up a bunch of future draft picks to trade up for a quarterback. Heck, there are mock drafts that have star receivers falling right into New England’s laps at No. 15.
