With the NFL's first wave of free agency in the rearview mirror, along with trades that shook up the early first-round NFL Draft order, it's a good time to roll out my second mock draft (review the first here) before the real thing starts April 29. While I'm not attached to the no-trade rule as it pertains to mock drafts, I didn't have any trades in this one. No promises for the next edition. There's also a bit of wishful thinking here for the Tennessee Titans, who I foresee benefiting from an opportunity presented by recent news for one top prospect.
