The Washington Football Team should head into 2021 with a reasonable chance to repeat as the NFC East champions. But the recent re-signing of Dak Prescott by the Dallas Cowboys helps a painful reality sink in. As incredible as Washington’s Cinderella run in 2020 was, they’re still not where they need to be. The chances of trading up, in a league starved for starting quarterbacks, are even slimmer.
