The 2022 NFL Draft process is in full swing for 30 of the NFL’s 32 clubs. The Los Angeles Rams and Cincinnati Bengals are set to square of in the Super Bowl, but the rest of the league is shifting their attention to the 2022 season and getting the roster ready for a run to still be playing next year at this time. With the season almost complete, nearly the entire first round order is set for the 2022 NFL Draft, with the exception of the final two selections. The Jacksonville Jaguars will kick off the draft for the second straight year while the Philadelphia Eagles will enter the night with the most first round selections, holding three. The bad news for teams entering the draft is the lack of top tier quarterback talent. There isn’t a Trevor Lawrence or a Joe Burrow in this class. There isn’t a handful of candidates that could receive top consideration. There’s a chance a quarterback doesn’t even go in the first 10 picks of the draft. That will throw a unique wrench into the draft that hasn’t been a factor for a few years now.
