Three teams traded away their first-round picks during the three-week span in between the second and third iterations of my 2022 mock draft. Those blockbuster trades have led to new homes for Deshaun Watson, Davante Adams and Tyreek Hill, and now eight NFL teams—a full quarter of the league—don’t have a pick in the first round this year. In the few days since mock 3.0, another trade involving first-round picks (between the Eagles and Saints) has shaken up the draft order yet again. With the Eagles no longer having three 2022 first-rounders, there are now eight teams with multiple first-round picks this year.
