The Cleveland Browns are on the clock at No. 42 and have a tough decision on their hands with a couple of players available that could help right away. There’s going to be a lot of waiting for the Cleveland Browns during the 2023 NFL Draft as they’re without a pick in Round 1 for the second season in a row. That doesn’t mean they can’t find some solid talent in the second round, however — especially with several quarterback-needy teams likely skipping on skill players.
