Our final pre-free-agency NFL Mock Draft dropped Monday morning. Predictably, not long after the NFL’s legal tampering window opened a few hours later, a lot of pieces started to shift. Arguably the most impactful: Kirk Cousins’ decision to sign with the Atlanta Falcons.
