Vikings Wire

The first two days of NFL free agency are behind us and there were a lot of moves made. Multiple teams took major steps forward with major signings. That includes the Minnesota Vikings, who signed three defenders, a quarterback and a running back to improve the team. The biggest piece dropped within the first two and a half hours as Kirk Cousins agreed to sign with the Atlanta Falcons on a massive deal. That is going to impact the top of the draft in a major way. My latest mock draft derives heavily from my big board and scouting reports that I’ve written for Vikings Wire this draft cycle. It will look a little bit different than other mock drafts, but nobody truly knows what’s going to happen this far out. However, I do suspect the Vikings will end up picking in the top five to select a quarterback.
