Over the last two weeks, all but one of the NFL coaching vacancies has been filled. There are new people in place to lead the New York Jets, Las Vegas Raiders, Jacksonville Jaguars and Chicago Bears, plus some shakeups with coordinators and general managers. That could drastically change how things go in the first round of the 2025 NFL draft. A more clear agenda on either side of the ball from the head coach or background from a general manager could set the tone for the 2025 season, starting with a team's pick in the first round of the draft.
