Clemson running back Travis Etienne recently made it known he would love for the Arizona Cardinals to select him with the 16th pick in the 2021 NFL draft next month. The Cardinals do need another running back to pair with Chase Edmonds. So in this week’s seven-round mock draft simulation, the scenario we play out is how a draft might look if the Cardinals selected Etienne in the first round. In this case, they don’t draft him at No. 16 overall because they make a pair of trades.
