The Jacksonville Jaguars are in the middle of a rebuild and could be looking at a much different organization at this time next year. General manager Dave Caldwell and head coach Doug Marrone have both seemed to have bought into this rebuild, but their jobs could easily be on the line in 2020. By the time the 2021 NFL Draft rolls around, the Jaguars could be under completely different leadership. In the middle of a complete rebuild, we should not be expecting too much out of the Jags in 2020. Marrone will be coaching for his job, but it is not like he is working with a well-stocked roster. Jacksonville has obvious holes on both sides of the ball and will need significant improvement out of second-year quarterback Gardner Minshew in order to be anything more than a bottom-dwelling team.
