The Las Vegas Raiders came into the offseason over the salary cap, and we knew there would be several moves coming to help them get under the current cap, as well as the lowered cap figure for 2021. As of today, the cap will be around $180 million, and the Raiders have done plenty to make sure they have the room to sign all of their draft picks and some key free agents. Cuts were expected for players like Tyrell Williams and Lamarcus Joyner, who were either not healthy or ineffective when on the field, but other more unexpected moves created new needs for the team. Trading Trent Brown created a massive hole at right tackle and the release of both starting guards from Week 1 leaves much of the offensive line in flux.
