Much has to shake out in the next few weeks before the list of Steelers’ draft needs is complete. They are meeting with quarterback Ben Roethlisberger soon to determine what it will take to get his $41 million cap hit to a more manageable number. Retirements or other salary cap cuts will provide a more focused list in the weeks ahead.
