With Senior Bowl week in the rearview, it is officially draft season. The Chicago Bears have a whole, new look going into their crucial offseason and fans should be excited for what’s next. General manager Ryan Poles was brought in to ensure this franchise builds around quarterback Justin Fields, and during his introductory press conference, he did talk about how he is always looking to acquire more draft capital. The more draft picks, the better chance the Bears hit on multiple picks to help Fields continue developing. Head coach Matt Eberflus has established his culture right away. It’s going to be about speed, power and quickness. His team is going to play fast and they’re going to play hard. There is no better way to establish that culture further than to bring in young, moldable players in this year’s draft.
