During the 2021 NFL season, the Las Vegas Raiders went on a run to close out their regular-season slate, winning four in a row to make the playoffs. For the Silver and Black, it was their first playoff appearance since the 2016 campaign and only their second since making it to the Super Bowl following the 2002 season. As the Raiders look to take the next step forward, they have completely revamped the front office, bringing in New England Patriots former staff is general manager David Ziegler and new head coach Josh McDaniels. The two men have already begun reshaping the coaching staff as well, and it is clear the Raiders are all in on the Patriots Way. Today, the Cincinnati Bengals and Los Angeles Rams will battle it out in the Super Bowl, and like us, the Raiders will be watching from home. For the Raiders to someday be playing in the big game, they need to fill some big holes on the roster, and they could do so by finally putting together a solid NFL Draft.
