It was a very good start for the Las Vegas Raiders in 2021, as the 3-0 start included victories over the AFC North-leading Baltimore Ravens, and two teams in the playoff hunt in the Steelers and Dolphins. They also have wins over the Broncos and Cowboys, but they’ve lost five of their last six games, including two beatdowns at the hands of the Chiefs and two rough losses against Washington and the Giants. The turn the Raiders have taken really started with losing their head coach and top deep threat at midseason. An offense that was thriving on explosive plays has struggled to find them in recent weeks. Gus Bradley’s defense has been gutted by the Chiefs and Bengals recently, and the personnel in the secondary isn’t up to par right now.
