The time for college players to declare for the 2023 NFL draft has come and gone, so it’s time for a new 2023 NFL mock draft. Everyone wonders what the Chicago Bears will do with the No. 1 overall pick. Will they select the top prospect on their draft board? Or will they risk losing that opportunity by trading back to gain more picks?
