Everything is different now. The Bears don’t have the first pick but the ninth after trading it to the Panthers in a blockbuster move. They don’t need a wide receiver as much as they did two weeks ago with veteran D.J. Moore included in that deal. And the Bears don’t have the same concerns at linebacker after signing Tremaine Edmunds and T.J. Edwards in free agency or at guard after the addition of Nate Davis. But one thing remains the same: NFL teams need quarterbacks and there aren’t enough good ones to go around.
