This will be the final Mock Draft Monday of the season! After this, we’ll be shifting to the 2023 offseason Mock Drafts, and I’ll be doing full seven round selections for the Falcons. After beating the Cardinals, the Falcons are slated to pick 7th via Tankathon. This is a good spot for the Falcons — the Bears are in a position to trade the second pick to a quarterback needy team, which should leave the Falcons with a lot of good defensive options. Atlanta doesn’t have to take a defender here. They will have money to spend in free agency, but I’m not inspired by this EDGE class and an EDGE is probably going to end up being the best player available.
