March hasn’t been a great month for Jimmy Lake. The Atlanta Falcons’ new defensive coordinator watched his two starting defensive ends and a sometimes-starting cornerback walk out the door during free agency without any defensive players coming back in to offset those losses. April, though, could be Lake’s month. The NFL Draft begins with Round 1 on April 25 in Detroit, and the Falcons’ plans for the event look a lot clearer after their offensive spending spree in free agency.
