The Las Vegas Raiders are 5-5, and currently 2-0 under Antonio Pierce. The season has been a wild ride so far, but it’s still important to look towards the off-season and this year the Raiders are going to be busy. They’re going to be changing coaches and front office leadership (potentially not, depending on how Pierce and Kelly do over the next seven games). They have a good group of draft picks coming up in 2024, and likely can move other players to add more capital if they choose too. There’s clear-cut issues and areas of need, which the Raiders are going to be addressing.
