The 2024 NFL Draft is still nine months away, and a clearer picture of the class is coming into focus as summer scouting continues. Six blue chip prospects hold the draft’s top spots, followed by roughly half a dozen other first round evaluations. Let’s dig into the most recent big board. I broke the top 150 prospects into seven tiers. Tier 7 includes prospects with upside that I have day three grades on. These players will mostly be rotational contributors early in their careers but could develop into starters. Tier 6 is made up of some of my favorite prospects that have received day three grades so far. Some players in this tier are waiting for further evaluation. Tier 5 prospects are expected third round selections. However, there’s a lot of volatility in this tier. Players like Anthony Belton, Quinn Ewers, Bryson Nesbit, and Tyer Van Dyke will be better off returning to school than declaring if they have disappointing 2023 seasons. This tier’s performance in the upcoming season will determine the draft class’ depth.
