As we enter Week 13 in the NFL, the top of the 2022 NFL Draft order is starting to take shape. We are using Tankathon to determine our mock draft order. The last time we published a 2022 NFL Mock Draft we shared our top 15 picks. This time we bumped it up to the top 20 picks. We are still firm believers that the Detroit Lions and Houston Texans will pass on selecting a quarterback with the first two picks in the draft. You could argue that the Detroit Lions need a Franchise QB and that Jared Goff is just a bridge. But that team is so far from being ready to compete and this quarterback class does not appear to feature “that guy.” What will the Houston Texans do with Deshaun Watson this offseason? We imagine they are more likely to target the 2023 QB draft class instead of this current group of kids.
