This is an exciting time to be a fan of the Chicago Bears, as the team is moving on to new, fresh faces at head coach and general manager. Gone will be the days of Matt Nagy handcuffing Justin Fields’ true potential. That’s what the next couple of weeks are about — finding people who can come in and not only allow Fields to be himself, but help him flourish. The Bears’ search for a new head coach and general manager will take priority for right now. But, right around the corner is free agency and the 2022 NFL Draft. This is a big offseason for Chicago — a crucial one.
