The NFL offseason is in full swing following the first wave of free agency. Sometimes, the offseason is just as exciting as the regular season. Every team currently has hope and belief that they can do what they need to do to become a playoff team. The 2024 NFL draft, now that free agency has had a lot of dominos fall, is the next way that teams will look to improve their rosters. There will be a ton of elite prospects heading to new cities to compete for jobs so they can try and be impactful. The Chicago Bears control the draft because they have the No. 1 overall pick. They went 7-10 in 2023, which is a big step forward from their 3-14 season a year prior. They have that number one pick from the Carolina Panthers, who gave it to them from a trade involving the 2023 first overall selection.
