In this seven-round mock draft for the Indianapolis Colts, the caveat was that I could only select players who meet the size and athletic threshold tendencies that have been established under GM Chris Ballard since 2018. Every GM has specific requirements from size, length, and athletic profiles that they prefer their draft prospects hit. In their eyes, these qualities give the prospect the best chance to make an impact and to stick around for the long haul. Since Ballard took over as the GM in 2018, there are certain trends that have developed within each position group.
