This has been a tumultuous week for the Las Vegas Raiders as they followed up another tough loss with even more dramatic news about the future of the franchise. We thought that allowing Kenny Pickett to march down the field and win the game would be the low point of the week but instead, we have been treated to the usual Raider circus. Multiple news outlets reported that franchise quarterback Derek Carr would be inactive for the final two games of the season with the team looking to protect him from injury to avoid fully guaranteeing the next two years of his contract. Head coach Josh McDaniels said in his press conference that they hope to evaluate Jarrett Stidham in the next two games and will give some looks to Chase Garbers as well.
