Last week the Las Vegas Raiders were drafting ninth overall but after a heartbreaking loss to the San Francisco 49ers, they move up one slot to eighth. This was an encouraging game for the Raiders as quarterback Jarett Stidham looked great and so did the rest of the offense, but familiar issues of turnovers and bad defense doomed the Raiders to yet another loss. In our last mock draft, we discuss the Raiders need for a new quarterback, improvements on every level of the defense, and some reinforcements at wide receiver. The loss to San Francisco underscored a lot of that although if Stidham continues to play at a high-level that might make things a bit more interesting this off-season. The Raiders now go into a Week 18 matchup against the Kansas City Chiefs with the win-win situation of being able to either improve their draft position with a loss or keep a division rival from snagging the number one seed. The Silver and Black are playing with house money so to speak and with all that being said, let’s jump into our final mock draft of the regular season.
